Shergina’s (Sherg’s) practice areas include corporate services, foreign investments, tax and customs, and TMT.

While in law school, Sherg served as the Team Captain and Head Researcher of the University of Cebu Mooting Society. She participated in several international mooting competitions. Sherg was also one of the legal scholars of the Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity for academic years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. In 2021, she was a member of the University of Cebu College of Law Bar Operations Academics Committee. On the other hand, while in college, Sherg was the Chairperson of the University of the Philippines Cebu University Student Council (2018-2019).

Experience

Sherg has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisted in drafting legal opinions on tax, civil, foreign investments, banking, and insurance matters.
• Assisting in the preparation of transaction documents in several corporate matters.
• Assisting on tax incentives and TMT matters.
• Assisting with the general corporate housekeeping of various companies.
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements.
