Rhett’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), and tax and customs.

Rhett’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2024.  From January 2019 to July 2019, his work included performing internal control testing, planning and risk assessment, substantive procedures of account balances and financial reporting.

While in law school, Rhett was a member of the RGCT – Bar Operations Center.  On the other hand, while in college, Rhett was a member of the San Beda Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants.

Qualifications

• San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
• Bachelor of Arts/Science in Accountancy (Class of 2018)
• Certified Public Accountant since 2018
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Rhett has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting in tax and corporate advisory matters
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
