Michelle’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), foreign investments, labor, mergers & acquisitions and technology, media and telecommunications.

While in law school, Michelle served as the subject head of Intellectual Property Law and E-commerce Law of the San Beda Bar Operations Commission. On the other hand, while in college, Michelle has interned at the Office of the City Prosecutor.

• San Beda University College of Law, Juris Doctor (Class of 2023)
• San Beda University, Bachelor of Science in Legal Management (Class of 2019)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Michelle has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting on corporate advisory matters.
• Drafting pleadings in criminal, civil, and labor litigation matters.
• Assisting clients in proceedings before Philippine courts.
• Assisting with contract drafting in commercial transactions.
