Andrea’s practice areas include corporate services, energy, tax, banking & finance, mergers & acquisitions, and disputes (litigation)

While in college, Andrea was a consistent dean’s lister and a gold thesis awardee for her Legal Management thesis. She was a chairperson for publicity and communications for several school organizations and one of the project heads for Ley La Salle’s Business Law Conference held in 2018.

• Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, Juris Doctor (Class 2023, Second Honors)
• De La Salle University – Manila, Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Bachelor of Science in Legal Management (Class of 2018, Gold Thesis Awardee for Legal Management Thesis)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Andrea has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting on tax, competition, and corporate advisory matters;
• Drafting legal opinions on corporate and energy law matters;
• Assisting with energy projects;
• Assisting in the preparation of pleadings in civil litigation; and
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies.
