Ally’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), immigration, and labor.

While in law school, Ally served as Logistics Committee Head for the UP Bar Operations Commission (UP BOC) for A.Y. 2020-2022 and as Recruitment Head for the UP Women in Law (UP WINLAW) for A.Y. 2020-2021. He also served as Team Leader for Team 5 of the UP Office of Legal Aid (UP OLA) from August 2022-January 2023. On the other hand, while in college, Ally served as the Chairperson and Director for Membership and Internal Affairs for the UP Samahan sa Agham Pampulitika (UP SAPUL) for A.Y. 2017-2018 and A.Y. 2015-2016 respectively; as Secretary-General for the UP Children’s Rights Advocates’ League (UP CRAdLe) for A.Y. 2017-2018; as Department Coordinator for the SULO Editorial Board for A.Y. 2017-2018; as Secretary-General and Councilor for the College of Social Science and Philosophy (CSSP) Student Council for A.Y. 2016-2017; and as Director for Finance and Logistics and Director for Delegate Affairs for the UP Model United Nations Conference in 2016 and 2015 respectively.

• University of the Philippines Diliman, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Class of 2018, cum laude)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023
