Reuben’s (Reb) practice areas include  TMT, corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), energy, immigration and labor.

While in law school, Reb was the Vice Chairperson of RGCT San Beda Bar Operation Academic Committee on Remedial Law. He also participated in the 2023 Legal Internship Program of the Office of the Solicitor General. On the other hand, while in college, he was the President of FEU Central Student Organization.

• Far Eastern University, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Class of 2019)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Reb has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Assisting in domestic arbitration cases
• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
• Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
• Assisting on labor advisory matters
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
