Nichole’s practice areas include general corporate services, litigation, immigration, labor, banking & finance, intellectual property, and mergers & acquisitions.

While in law school, Nichole served as the 2021 Academics Chairperson for the San Beda University – RGCT Bar Operations Center, and was the Editor-in-Chief of the 57^th and 58^th Volumes of the San Beda Law Journal.

Qualifications

• San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2022, ranked 3rd in graduating class)
• Bulacan State University, Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management (Class of 2018)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

Experience

Nichole has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Drafting legal opinion on corporate, customs, labor, government procurement, and intellectual property law matters;
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions;
• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting with contract drafting and contract review for various corporate and commercial transactions;
• Assisting in preparation of documents submitted for government procurement; and
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements including processes and applications for registration of local and foreign clients with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
