John’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), immigration, and labor.

John’s work experience pre-dates his joining the firm in 2023.  From 2022 to 2023, his work included representing clients in various civil, criminal, administrative, labor, and election cases.

While in law school, John was a Financial Officer of the San Beda Legal Aid Bureau. On the other hand, while in college, John was a member of the Thomasian Writers Guild and UST Journalism Society.

• San Beda University, Juris Doctor (Class of 2020)
• University of Santo Tomas, Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (Class of 2016)
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2022 (Exemplary Passer)

Experience

John has participated in several matters.  His experience has included:

• Representing clients in civil, criminal, labor, administrative, and election cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies
• Assisting on civil, corporate, labor, and immigration advisory matters
• Assisting with contract drafting for various corporate and commercial transactions
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions
