Kyrsten’s practice areas include corporate services, disputes (litigation & arbitration), foreign investments, labor, and tax and customs.

Kyrsten’s work experience pre-dates her joining the firm in 2023. In 2017, she worked as a legal assistant at the Human Rights Victims’ Claims Board. She also worked as a research assistant for a journal article involving artificial intelligence and legal ethics.

While in law school, Kyrsten was a law intern at the UP Office of Legal Aid and an extern at the Office of the Solicitor General through the Clinical Legal Education Program of the University of the Philippines College of Law.

• University of the Philippines Diliman, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (Class of 2016), Cum Laude
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023

Experience

Kyrsten has participated in several matters.  Her experience has included:

• Assisting in general corporate housekeeping of various companies;
• Assisting with the completion of various regulatory requirements;
• Assisting in domestic arbitration cases;
• Assisting in civil, criminal, labor and administrative cases before various Philippine courts and quasi-judicial bodies;
• Assisting in local and foreign financial loans and investments;
• Assisting on tax advisory matters;
• Assisting in estate settlement and estate tax matters;
• Assisting on labor advisory matters;
• Rendering legal opinions on general corporate law, tax and labor matters; and
• Conducting due diligence involving corporate acquisitions.
